This part is the only replacement elbow for the hose connection that fits the Fisher Paykel ICON series cpap machine. This item is only the replacement elbow part and does not include anything alse. This replacement elbow part is compatible with the Fisher Paykel ThermoSmart tubing and most CPAP hoses on the market.
